Stittsville Rockets U15AA High Performance Program

The Stittsville Girls Hockey Association (SGHA) created the U15AA High Performance Program in 2025 to expand opportunities for girls in Ottawa—and especially in Stittsville—to play high-level hockey close to home.

This program is built to challenge athletes, support their growth, and open pathways to the next level of competition. Our approach combines:

• Elite skill development – high-tempo practices, advanced skating and puck skills, and position-specific coaching.
• Strength and conditioning – off-ice training designed for hockey players, focusing on speed, endurance, and injury prevention.
• Mental performance – goal-setting, resilience, and leadership development in a competitive yet supportive team culture.
• Next-level opportunities – exposure through tournaments, showcases, and guidance for future U18AA, U22 Elite, and university play.

The Rockets High Performance Program is more than a team—it’s a commitment to developing strong athletes and confident leaders, while giving girls in our community the chance to compete at the highest levels of the game.
